• This day and a half RD course provides a thorough review of key portions of the HB-2-3560 handbook, along with a wealth of practical application. Joe Henry, the trainer, has many years of RD management and training experience. You will leave much better prepared to meet the requirement of complex regulations. All new major changes are covered, and all attendees get a very useful course manual and reference CD-ROM. An exam is offered on the last day, and attendees who pass the exam will receive the premier Housing Compliance Manager for RD designation (HCM-R).
